I don’t know about you, but spending more time at home has made me have some serious cravings and smoothie bowls are at the top of that list! I used to live above the BEST smoothie bowl shop in Paris: Wild and the Moon, so I became quite addicted to my weekly (sometimes daily) smoothie bowl breakfasts. Now that I’m back in Texas, I’ve decided to give my own healthy smoothie bowl recipes a go to satisfy my fix.
I’ve carefully perfected 6 of my favorite healthy smoothie bowl recipes for you, each of which is rich in superfoods, nutrients, fiber and protein to fuel your day!
All of the recipes are super easy to make: all you need is a blender and some basic kitchen utensils + all of the required ingredients can be used to make different variations of smoothie bowls. Don’t be afraid to get creative!
I promise these smoothie bowls taste just as good as they look and they will definitely be your new favorite treat!
PINK DRAGONFRUIT SMOOTHIE BOWL
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Pitaya Plus Dragonfruit Super Smoothie Packs or 1 cup Frozen Dragonfruit
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Raw Agave Nectar
- 1 tbsp Creamy Almond Butter or other nut butter
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Powder (optional)
- 1/2 Banana, sliced
- 2-3 Strawberries, sliced
- 1/3 Dragonfruit, sliced
- 1/4 cup Purely Elizabeth Organic Ancient Grain Granola, Original
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a blender and mix until the consistency is thick and creamy. Pour the mixture into a bowl and place the sliced banana, strawberries and dragonfruit on top of the mixture. Finish it off with the granola and a pinch of chia seeds.
BERRY ACAI BOWL
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp Açai Powder
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Raw Agave Nectar
- 1 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter or other nut butter
- 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Powder (optional)
- 1 handful of Blueberries
- 2-3 Strawberries, sliced
- 1/3 Dragonfruit, sliced
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup Purely Elizabeth Dark Chocolate Strawberry Granola
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the first 8 ingredients in a blender and mix until the consistency is thick and creamy. Pour the mixture into a bowl and place the blueberries, sliced strawberries and dragonfruit on top of the mixture. Finish it off with chia seeds and granola.
PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE BOWL
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp Cacao Powder with Maca
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 1 cup Unsweetened Chocolate Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Raw Agave Nectar
- 1 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter or other nut butter
- 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Powder (optional)
- 1 Banana, sliced
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Creamy Peanut Butter or other nut butter, to drizzle
- 1/4 cup Purely Elizabeth Banana Nut Butter Grain-Free Granola
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a blender and mix until the consistency is thick and creamy. Pour the mixture into a bowl and place the sliced banana, unsweetened coconut flakes, chia seeds and granola on top of the mixture. Finish it off by mixing together 1 tsp creamy peanut butter with a splash of water to create a peanut butter drizzle.
MANGO PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE BOWL
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Frozen Mango
- 1 cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup Coconut Water
- 1 tsp Raw Agave Nectar
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Powder (optional)
- 1/2 Kiwi, sliced
- 1/4 cup Mango, sliced
- 1/4 cup Pineapple, sliced
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 1/4 cup Purely Elizabeth Organic Ancient Grain Granola, Original
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a blender and mix until the consistency is thick and creamy. Pour the mixture into a bowl and place the sliced kiwi, mango, and pineapple on top of the mixture. Finish it off with unsweetened coconut flakes and granola.
BLUE SPIRULINA BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp Blue Spirulina Powder
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Raw Agave Nectar
- 1 tbsp Creamy Almond Butter or other nut butter
- 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Powder (optional)
- 1 handful of Blackberries
- 1 handful of Blueberries
- 1/2 Banana, sliced
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 1/4 cup Purely Elizabeth Organic Ancient Grain Granola, Original
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a blender and mix until the consistency is thick and creamy. Pour the mixture into a bowl and place the blackberries, blueberries, and sliced banana on top of the mixture. Finish it off with unsweetened coconut flakes, granola and a pinch of chia seeds.
RASPBERRY CHIA SMOOTHIE BOWL
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Raw Agave Nectar
- 1 cup Frozen Raspberries
- 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 tbsp Creamy Almond Butter or other nut butter
- 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Powder (optional)
- 1/2 Banana, sliced
- 1 handful of raspberries
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 1/4 cup Purely Elizabeth Dark Chocolate Strawberry Granola
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the Chia Pudding the night before by combining the chia seeds, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract and 1 tbsp raw agave nectar. Mix together and place in the fridge overnight.
The next day, prepare the raspberry compote and the smoothie mixture. In a small pot, heat the remaining 1 tbsp raw agave nectar with 1 cup frozen raspberries on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Stir a few times to prevent the berries from sticking. Turn down the heat and let the compote simmer for 2 minutes. Set the compote aside.
Combine the remaining 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, almond butter, collagen powder and the frozen raspberries, strawberries and banana in a blender and mix until the consistency is thick and creamy. Pour the mixture into a bowl and place 2 scoops of Chia Pudding, sliced banana and raspberries on top of the mixture. Finish it off a drizzle of the raspberry compote, unsweetened coconut flakes and granola.
